1 (14 oz.) Kraft caramels
1 large can evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (16 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk, butter and the whole box of cake mix;
blend with a mixer. Put only a 1/4 of it in a 9 x 13 pan; it will be
thick. Bake for 8 minutes on 350 degrees. Melt caramels in double boiler
with 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Take baked mixture out and add
chocolate chips. Take a spoon and add caramel mixture. Add your
remaining cake mix; spread evenly. Bake 20 minutes. Cool and cut
