CARAMEL CORN

5 qt. popped corn
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. syrup
1 c. brown sugar

Combine ingredients; bring to a full boil. Put popcorn in a large
pan. Pour mixture over popcorn and mix. Put in 2 large buttered
cake pans. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. When done, lift off with
spatula.
