1 pkg. chocolate almond bark (can use vanilla)
1 bag large pretzels
crushed peppermint (optional)
cookie sheet (maybe 2)
In medium bowl, break 2 or 3 cubes of the almond bark apart (don't do
whole pack at once because it will harden too quickly). Heat in
microwave 1 minute; stir. Heat 1 additional minute; stir until
smooth. Take one pretzel at a time and dip into chocolate, covering
completely (using tongs work really well). Dip into crushed
peppermint (optional). Place onto parchment covered cookie sheet,
not touching each other. Repeat until you have desired amount.
Refrigerate until hardened. (Will not melt if left out to serve.)
