36 Oreo cookies, crushed
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk (cold)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, divided
2 (4 oz.) chocolate pudding instant mix
3 1/4 c. milk (cold)
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs; put in large bowl. Stir in melted
butter; stir with fork. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate.
Mix the cream cheese until fluffy; add in 2 tablespoons milk and
sugar and mix well. Stir in 1 1/4 cups Cool Whip; spread over crust.
In a bowl, combine chocolate instant pudding with 3 1/4 cups cold
milk; whisk until pudding thickens. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Allow dessert to rest for about 5 minutes. Spread remaining Cool
Whip on top. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top. Place in the
freezer for 1 hour.
