2/3 c. evaporated milk 3 Tbsp. butter 1 2/3 c. sugar 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits 1 tsp. vanilla Combine evaporated milk, butter and sugar in saucepan; heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, nuts, chocolate bits and vanilla; stir until marshmallows are melted. Pour into 8 or 9-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. Note: Can leave out nuts, if you want. Use peanut butter chips to make peanut butter candy.
