Mix a packaged brownie mix per directions. Pour 1/2 into 9 x 13 pan. Top with layer of whole Oreos. Cover with remaining brownie mix. Melt tub of vanilla frosting; drizzle on top. Top with crushed Oreos. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with ice cream, hot fudge and more crushed Oreos.
