6 c. Rice Chex 1 1/2 c. dry roast peanuts 1 c. Karo syrup 1 c. sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Mix Rice Chex and dry roast peanuts together; set to the side. Mix Karo syrup and sugar; microwave 30 seconds. Stir and microwave 4 minutes on High. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over cereal. Spread on wax paper and cool. Break into clumps.
