PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 bag Reese's chips
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Assemble and measure all ingredients. Grease a 9 1/2 x 11 cake pan
with butter. In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil
butter, evaporated milk and sugar. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring
constantly (start timing when mixture starts to bubble around edges
of pan). Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, peanut butter,
Reese's chips and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute. Pour
batter into greased pan. Cool. Cut in squares.
