1 lb. + 1 c. powdered sugar, divided
2 c. peanut butter
2 sticks salted butter, softened
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs or crushed graham crackers
Mix together softened butter and 1 pound powdered sugar. Add peanut
butter and graham cracker crumbs; mix until it's thoroughly combined.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. After they're rolled out, chill them
in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Spread out the extra 1 cup
powdered sugar in a shallow dish; roll the balls in the powdered
sugar. Once rolled and covered in powdered sugar, chill them again
until ready to eat.
