1 pkg. vanilla almond bark 1 bag crushed peppermint (won't use it all) 1/2 pkg. crushed peppermint Oreos (optional) parchment paper cookie sheet In large microwavable bowl, break up vanilla almond bark into smaller pieces. Microwave for 1 minute; stir. Continue in 1 minute intervals until smooth (usually 3 minutes). Pour onto parchment covered cookie sheet. Sprinkle crushed peppermint and Oreos (optional) all over as thick as you like. Refrigerate for about an hour. Take out and break apart.
