1 large can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Combine sugar, flour and pineapple; add Cheddar cheese. Spoon into
greased 1-quart casserole dish. Melt butter and mix with crackers;
spoon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
