1 mashed potato
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
Boil potato until tender; mash while hot. Let cool. Make dough with
potato and powdered sugar (keep out about 1/2 cup powdered sugar).
Roll out dough thin; spread peanut butter on dough. Roll up and
freeze. Cut in slices.
