1 baked or boiled small potato, cooled 1 box confectioners sugar peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Mash potato. Put vanilla in potato; add sugar until you can roll out like flour for a pie crust on wax paper. Roll out 4 x 12-inches. Smear peanut butter all over it. Roll up in a roll.
