1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped onion
24-30 medium mushrooms
2 tablespoons chives, optional
Mix all ingredients except mushrooms. Wash and stem mushrooms.
Stuff with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Can
be made a day earlier and refrigerated prior to baking.
Yield: 24-30 mushrooms.
