2 pounds chicken wings
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Assorted vegetable pieces
Remove wing tips; cut at wing joint for 2 serving pieces.
Combine soy sauce and next 5 ingredients in an aluminum-lined
broiler pan; add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour.
Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Return chicken to pan. Bake
at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Broil 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes.
Serve with vegetables and ranch dressing for dipping.
Yield: 20 servings.
