1 pound medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened* 1/2 small onion, finely minced 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce 3-6 drops Tabasco 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Crackers Boil shrimp until done. Drain and chop fine. Set aside. With mixer, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add onion, sugar, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well, scraping bowl often. Add additional salt, pepper, and/or Tabasco to taste. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Prepare early to intensify flavor. *Add additional 4-ounce package cream cheese to make a shrimp ball.
