2 pounds fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
2/3 cup sliced green onions
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 to 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Remove excess moisture from crabmeat by pressing between paper
towels. Combine crabmeat and onions in large bowl; set aside.
Combine cream cheese and next 6 ingredients. Add crabmeat mixture,
tossing to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with crackers.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
