1 (6 1/2-ounce) can minced clams
2 (5-ounce) jars sharp process cheese spread,
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 green onions, chopped with tops
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Corn chips or fresh vegetables
Drain clams, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Combine cheeses in top
of double boiler, bringing water to boil. Reduce heat to low; cook
until cheese melts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over
medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and bubbly. Serve
warm with corn chips or fresh vegetables.
Yield: 3 cups.
