1 (6-ounce) package seasoned croutons 1 (6-ounce) package goldfish crackers 1 (6.5-ounce) package pretzel twists 1 (12-ounce) can mixed nuts 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine 1 teaspoon hickory-flavored salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Combine first 4 ingredients in a large roasting pan; stir well. Combine last 3 ingredients; stir well. Drizzle butter mixture over nut mixture; stir well. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Yield: about 3 quarts.
