1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon finely grated onion 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 (8-ounce) block extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 (8-ounce) block sharp Cheddar cheese, grated Crackers Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheeses. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11x7-inch pan or 2-quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers. Yield: 3 cups.
