1 cup butter, softened 1 small onion, finely chopped 3 tablespoons poppy seeds 3 tablespoons prepared mustard 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 pound thinly sliced ham 1 pound Swiss cheese 2 packages Pepperidge Farm small dinner rolls (30-40 rolls) Mix onion, poppy seeds, mustard, and Worcestershire with softened butter. Slice rolls in half and spread with butter mixture. Add ham and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Prepared rolls will keep in the refrigerator for a week prior to baking. They also freeze well prior to baking. Yield: 30-40 rolls.
