1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup (about 36 candies) peppermint candies
4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
Chocolate thin wafer cookies (4 packages)
In a blender or food processor, finely grind first 3
ingredients. Remove 1 1/2 cups chocolate/nut/peppermint mixture
and stir into 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese. Shape
into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
Repeat process, making 4 balls. Serve with chocolate wafer
Yield: 4 chocolate mint cheese balls.
