2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 cups chopped pecans, divided 1/2 cup imitation bacon bits, optional Assorted crackers Reserving 1 cup pecans, mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Shape into a ball or log and roll in reserved pecans. Chill overnight. Serve with assorted crackers. Note: Freezes well. Yield: 8-10 servings.
