1 (5-ounce) jar smoked dry beef 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons dried minced onion 2 ounces chopped green olives Sour cream Assorted crackers Chop beef in blender with olives. Place beef mixture in a bowl; add mayonnaise and onions. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Stir in beef mixture. Form into ball(s). Refrigerate overnight. Frost with sour cream right before serving. Serve with assorted crackers. Yield: 16-20 servings.
