1 gallon jar of Mt. Olive sour pickles
4 pounds of sugar
Drain the juice from the pickles and remove from the jar.
Slice each pickle into bite-size slices and place inside the jar
layering with sugar. The sugar will dissolve in approximately 2-3
days. Turn the jar several times each day. Great for use in
chicken salad, potato salad or just to eat.
Yield: 1 gallon.
