Salad: 2 (9-ounce) bags fresh baby spinach, torn 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 3 tablespoons raisins 1/2 cup cubed Granny Smith apple 1 cup grape tomatoes 1/3 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Dressing: 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup vegetable oil or light olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/4 teaspoon celery salt Place spinach in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, gently stir together oranges, strawberries, raisins, apple, tomatoes and pecans. Once combined, toss into spinach. Pour prepared dressing over salad and toss with feta cheese.
