1/2 cup vegetable oil 4 tablespoons vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika 2 cups sliced cauliflower 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings 4 tablespoons sliced pimiento-stuffed olives 4 cups torn lettuce 2 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and paprika. Mix well. Combine cauliflower, onion, and olives in small bowl. Pour dressing over top and mix well. Cover and chill at least one hour. Add lettuce and bleu cheese. Toss gently to coat.
