1/2 pound snow peas
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 (8-ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Sweet and Sour Dressing:
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Plunge snow peas in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and dry.
Combine vegetables; toss with dressing. Sprinkle with sesame
Dressing: Whisk dressing ingredients together.
Yield: 6 servings.
