1 head lettuce, shredded
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, thawed and
1 medium onion, diced
Bacon bits

2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 2 cups mayonnaise.

1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Salad: Layer the above ingredients, in the order given, in a
13x9-inch dish.

Dressing: Mix the sugar and mayonnaise together and spread on
top of the layers. Top with grated cheese. Refrigerate 8-12 hours
before serving.

Yield: 10-12 servings.
