PEA SALAD

1 bag frozen peas
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar

Cook peas and drain. Toss together peas, cheese, onions,
bacon, and eggs. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Stir
mayonnaise mixture together with tossed ingredients carefully.

Yield: 4-6 servings.
