3 tablespoons vinegar 3 teaspoons mustard seeds 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds 9 medium potatoes (3 pounds) 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped 2 cups mayonnaise 1 teaspoon salt Paprika Combine vinegar, mustard seed, and celery seeds. Let stand 2 hours or overnight. In covered saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling, salted water for 25-30 minutes, until tender. Drain, peel and cube potatoes. In a bowl, sprinkle potatoes with a little salt. Add celery, onion, and eggs. Toss lightly. Combine mayonnaise and salt with vinegar mixture. Add to potato mixture. Chill. Yield: 12-15 servings.
