3 medium potatoes 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon cider vinegar 1/2 cup sliced celery 1/3 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup sweet pickle cubes 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon celery seed 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced In covered pan, cook whole potatoes in boiling salted water to cover for 25 minutes or until almost tender. Drain well and peel. Cut potatoes into quarters and slice 1/4-inch thick. Add remaining ingredients except mayonnaise and eggs. Stir mixture to combine. Fold in mayonnaise then carefully fold in egg slices. Cover and chill thoroughly. Yield: 4 servings.
