1 pound ground beef
1 large bottle Catalina dressing
2 cans dark red kidney beans, drained
1 head of iceberg lettuce, torn
1 onion, chopped
4 to 6 tablespoons chili powder
Cheddar cheese, grated
Brown ground beef with onions; drain. Add Catalina dressing,
chili powder, and kidney beans. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over
lettuce. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Yield: 4-6 servings.
