2 cups chopped cooked turkey 6 slices bacon, crumbled and cooked 1 (4.5-ounce) jar whole mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup thin sweet red pepper strips 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 3/4 teaspoon soy sauce 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice 1 (2-ounce) package roasted cashews Lettuce leaves Red pepper rings Chow mein noodles Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients; fold into turkey mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in cashews. Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
