CHICKEN SALAD

4 boneless chicken breast halves
3 boiled eggs, chopped
2 ribs of celery, chopped
1/2 cup sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup craisins
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Walnuts, optional

Boil chicken breast until cooked. Chill before cutting into
bite-size pieces. Add eggs, celery, pickles, and craisins. Blend
together with mustard, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise until desired
consistency. Pour on serving dish and garnish with paprika. Top
with walnuts, if desired.

Yield: 4-6 servings.
