3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup sliced, seedless red grapes
3 celery ribs, diced
1 medium red apple, diced
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Stir first 9 ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and
chill. Serve on lettuce leaves.
Yield: 6 servings.
