1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 (8-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and
1 cup thin sliced zucchini
1/2- 1 cup salami, optional
In large bowl stir first 6 ingredients and mix until smooth.
Add vegetables, meat, and noodles. Toss to coat well and
refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours.
Yield: 6 servings.
