2 small (3-ounce) packages orange jello
2 (11-ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 small (3.4-ounce) package instant lemon pudding
1 cup milk
1 (9-ounce) carton Cool Whip
Salad: Mix 2 packages jello with 2 cups boiling water. Add
concentrate and let cool. Add oranges and pineapple. Pour into a
13x9-inch dish and gel completely.
Topping: Mix pudding with milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over
salad and spread.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
