1 cup sour cream 1 cup confectioners sugar 3 drops of vanilla (add to taste) Food coloring of your choice Mix sour cream and confectioners sugar. Blend well. Add vanilla. Stir until well blended. Add 1-2 drops of food coloring at a time, stirring well after each addition until desired color is achieved. Yield: 2 cups.
