1 large head broccoli, broken into flowerets
1 small red onion, sliced or chopped
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Toss vegetables, bacon, and raisins.
Dressing: Mix dressing ingredients. Stir vegetable mixture
with dressing. Marinate 3-4 hours or overnight.
Yield: 4-6 servings.
