8 cups mixed salad greens, torn
2 red apples, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Combine first 4 ingredients in large serving bowl. Combine
sugar and next 5 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake
vigorously. Just before serving pour over apple mixture; add nuts
and cheese, tossing to coat.
Yield: 8 servings.
