Dark green lettuce
1 or 2 (6-ounce) bags of dried cranberries
1 or 2 small cans of mandarin oranges, drained
Crumbled feta cheese
Vidalia Onion bottled dressing
Wash, pat dry, and tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Layer
salad. Toss with dressing.
Yield: 4-6 servings.
