1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper; set
aside. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then roll in bread crumb
mixture. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 13x9-inch baking dish
(coated with cooking spray). Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes to 1
hour, until tender.
Yield: 6 servings.
