8 chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (0.7-ounce) envelope dry Italian dressing mix
1 can mushroom soup
2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Wash chicken and pat dry. Brush chicken with butter, sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Place chicken in shallow pan. Sprinkle with
dressing mix. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Mix soup, cheese, wine, and
onion in sauce pan. Cook until smooth. Pour over chicken and bake
