2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
4-6 chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
Combine soup, sour cream, poppy seeds, and chicken. In a
separate bowl, combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Layer
one-half chicken mixture, followed by a layer of crumb/butter
mixture in greased 13x9-inch casserole. Repeat with remaining
chicken mixture then finishing with crumb/butter mixture. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6-8 servings.
