1/2 cup melted butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken breast halves
4 slices bread, toasted and made into crumbs
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2-2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Mix melted butter and crushed garlic together. Salt and pepper
chicken and dip in garlic butter. Mix bread crumbs with both
cheeses and sesame seeds. Roll chicken in bread crumb mixture.
Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Baste
several times with remaining garlic butter. Remove foil, and bake
10-15 minutes longer.
Note: If you need more than 4 servings, use 1 slice bread for
each piece of chicken plus extra cheese.
Yield: 4 servings.
