1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon pimiento
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
Blend cream cheese and margarine. Add next 7 ingredients.
Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix well. Separate crescent rolls into
4 rectangles pressing perforations to seal. Put 1/2 cup chicken
mix in rectangles. Pull up 4 corners and seal. Brush with melted
margarine and sprinkle garlic salt. Turn seam side down on baking
sheet. Again, brush with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings.
