3 whole chicken breasts (6 breast halves) 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen broccoli 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 pint sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and pepper, to taste Grated Parmesan cheese Paprika Butter 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, plus some for topping Boil chicken breasts; remove skin, debone and cut into pieces. Cook broccoli. Mix soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated cheese, lemon juice, and seasonings. Place drained broccoli in bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Top with cut up chicken. Sprinkle again with Parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan, paprika and dot with butter. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly and hot. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese during last 5 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
