1/2 cup Russian salad dressing 1 package dry onion soup mix 1 cup apricot preserves 1 cup pineapple preserves 1 prepared chicken, cut into serving pieces Stir together the first 4 ingredients until well mixed. Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 13x9-inch pan. Spread sauce evenly over chicken pieces. Bake, at 350 degrees, covered with foil, for the first 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 15 more minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
