4 pounds baby back ribs
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
Cayenne optional for heat
Cover ribs with water in Dutch oven. Heat to boiling, reduce
heat to low, cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour until fork
tender. Combine ketchup and remaining ingredients in saucepan and
heat. Preheat grill. Grill ribs on low, basting with sauce and
turning occasionally. Grill at least 20 minutes.
Yield: 6-8 servings.
